electrostatic shock when get out of the car

Few times that i was shock with the electrostatic when come out of the car.
Usually it happens when comeout during sunny day. i dont think it happens during rainy time. As basics, human have charge and also the car. Therefore, to eliminate the electrostatic shock, when we come out of the car, we should let our pants or shirts touching the car, then we can closed the car door.
